You may also return the complete order you purchased within 14 days of the date received as long as you notify us by letter, fax, or email within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If so notified, we will refund the full purchase price of the order, less only the original postage/delivery charge, as long as the goods are returned and received unused, in their original undamaged packaging, and in saleable condition. In the event of any cancellation or return as above, please return the goods to the company at your expense. Delivery Information The minimum delivery charge for smaller items within the UK is £3.50 and delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days from receipt of your order. Errors and omissions are excepted.
